Joe Fletcher is a 25 year old man who specifically targets young female Depeche Mode fans on Instagram (and possibly other social media platforms). He is known for sending sexually explicit messages to minors (typically ages 14-16) with promises to come meet them, sends them topless photos (most likely hoping he’ll receive pics back), etc.
