When you say, "protect them at all costs" when talking about real people, I hope that includes wearing a mask to shows or meet and greets (even! if! you're! asymptomatic!)

Much as I wish performers/etc would mask up themselves, while they're all running around being so fuckin' sick and trashing their voices, bodies, and selves, you--YES! YOU! TUMBLR! YOU!--can wear a mask to protect them if you're sharing their air.

And protect your fellow fans with that mask.

While you're at it, you can protect yourself, too <3 COVID isn't a cold, it is a multi system attack that hasn't gone anywhere. Anywhere.

Just feed your mask kink and find a way to make it real cute, ok? Chains, makeup, get a hardshell respirator, whatever.

I can't highlight any one part; the whole thing is great. But one thought I had was that he shares this important anger that's often present in empathetic, deeply caring people — Terry Pratchett comes to mind, for example. Sagan, Miyazaki and others, in other ways. It's an anger that's difficult to carry and should not be romanticized. But I feel grateful to people like this, who are able to funnel into work that helps others and enriches all of our lives.
