True story or at least it for me lol
True story
Me... driving, listening to that little voice just chattering away and the music that's just background noise at this point. I listen as I'm told about the mosquito biting my foot, the puppy being silly and about the new baby. I'm told about what was for breakfast, and look at my new shoes amongst the many other things that would take a while for me to list. Then I hear a gasp and a very loud "GIGI, STOP!!!!" I'm caught off guard. Then i hear a giggle. "Look at the moon! Look at the moon! I like the moon." I pull over in a parking lot, crawl in the backseat, and unbuckle the car seat. We sit there and look at the moon for maybe 5 minutes. Little arms wrap around my neck, and I smile. A little hand reaches up toward the sky and points as the buckle for the carseat snaps. "I like the moon." As I make my way back onto the road, I pray that they never lose that little piece of themselves to the world. Once again, I'm pulled back as that little voice whispers, "I like the moon....."

It's cold in the house and raining outside. It's not a heavy rain but a constant steady rain. The kind that makes you want to sit outside on the covered porch with a cup of tea and a good book. But let's face it, the mosquitoes would love that. So there's option 2, bake until you have to give it away, because you struggle with cooking or baking in small batches. (It seems like every woman in the family has inherited this trait...lol ) But i think I'm leaning towards the 3 option, which is to curl up in the bed and drift into sleep.
