I went to the supermarket once before school started and I was buying my friend a present, because it was her birthday that day. As I stood by the cashier a man was standing behind me, very obviously looking at me. I took out my phone and texted another friend, asking if she's ready to throw a surprise and stuff like that. Then the man behind ne said, "Can't you kids put down your phones for at least a second?" I looked at him and wanted to punch him so hard. Like adults don't get it, when we need our phones, we really need them and usually for actually important reasons.
