george saying that lucy and lockwood don't need him and that he's dispensable when he's the one who takes care of them and cooks for them and his research is basically the backbone of every job they take breaks my heart.
i'm so glad lucy said that he's the best of them because she's so right.
Something I believe firmly about the toast scene is that Lucy did not order toast. I think Lockwood ordered the toast acting like it was for him, buttered and cut it, then essentially went “here, for you” because he knows she’s gone hungry before and has made it his job to take care of her
Lucy: omg this is so tasty! How did you know I was hungry?
Kidnapper: *putting more duct tape over her mouth* I SAID STOP EATING IT
One of the reasons why I think that Lucy, Lockwood and George work so well as a trio is that they very much complete each other, making up for each other's weaknesses.
Like, Lockwood and George are a bit too aloof but Lucy is very emotionally mature. Lucy and George are a bit too flaky but Lockwood is a strong leader. Lockwood and Lucy are a bit too impulsive but George is levelheaded.
They're all very flawed and damaged kids but they raise each other up at every turn, effectively helping the others better themselves.
You know, they just work. They make sense. It's beautiful.
An underrated moment is when Lucy told Lockwood that Kipps had asked her out on a date for coffee and Lockwood was so appalled both by Kipps’s nerve but also his choice of beverage. How dare he offer her coffee and not tea?!
Incorrect Lockwood Quotes - 1/?
modern day Lockwood & Co.
Lockwood: When I get murdered can you make sure my case is unsolved for a moderate amount of time? Lucy:...I'm sorry what? Lockwood: I want to be the topic of a true crime podcast. George: I'm sorry, I'm still stuck on the fact you said *when* you get murdered?
obsessed with the way george visibly switches sides during the argument in e2
when he's on your side he's On Your Side
I don't care if someone has said this before, but Lockwood and co is that kind of show that gets better and better everytime you watch it.

Little details I love about Lockwood & co. part 2/?
This scene where, after getting the job at Combe Carey Hall, Lucy excitedly grabs George's arm with the biggest smile on her face. I mean look at her. She's the most precious thing in the world.
It's so funny to me that literally everyone can see that Lockwood is in love with Lucy, except Lucy. Lucy babes, if several people (including a literal psycho) can see it, it might mean something
we are Lockwood & Co.
