Stefan or Damon?

This is a tough one for me. I loved Stefan throughout the whole show, but grew attached to Damon. I would still say Stefan, I appreciated all the layers the character had; sensitivity, baggage, protectiveness, love, purity, darkness. I suppose I loved Stefan’s darkness more than Damon’s because of how complex it was, because of his struggle between his gentle, loving side and his dark and murderous side. But I still love Damon. I shipped Stelena a lot at first, but it wasn’t that Damon deserved Elena more than Stefan did; Stefan just deserved better.

I feel so ashamed to have loved him. I see ppl saying that chuck is the love of their life but Ed can burn to Hell. I can't do that !

I don’t think you should feel ashamed at all. You have believed in him, rooted for him. Sadly, we’re never shielded from disappointment, situations turn around all the time.As for loving Chuck Bass, I still do. Of course I do. While it may not be easy to separate Chuck from Ed in light of the news, they are not the same person. Chuck Bass is 100% fictional, as are his actions. Ed, on the other hand, is a real person and his actions (whether alleged or proven) DO have real life consequences. That’s the difference. But loving Chuck has nothing to do with supporting Ed.

Dr. Grey has experienced more loss in her life than I think most of us would deem fair. She lost her little sister, Dr. Lexie Grey, who I know would’ve loved to be here tonight with us. She lost her husband, Dr. Derek Shepherd, who knew with total certainty that this night would happen. And she also lost her mother, Dr. Ellis Grey, who won this award twice, once as a resident, and probably would have won a few more if she hadn’t been taken from all of us so young.  The most amazing thing about Meredith, though, is that she takes all that pain, all that loss, and she turns it into drive - drive to save lives, to make things better. I’m not sure he “liked” her that way. He definitely always respected her. I don’t really think he had romantic feelings prior to the limo scene: he was really surprised by having butterflies in the episode of Blair’s birthday. Plus , even if he had; he probably ignored the them on account of his friendship & loyalty to Nate.

I haven’t been active on this account, and yet I feel compelled to address the following message to you.

To say I’m distraught in light of the allegations against Ed Westwick would be an understatement. 

For over 10 years I have supported him, stanned (HARD) on him, rooted for him but I don’t think I have it in me.

I’m NOT condemning him, but as a feminist, as a woman, as a HUMAN, I cannot stand by and pretend the allegations don’t exist and more to the point, brush away the fact that he’s been accused of rape by two women. 

I, like many GG-Chair-Ed fans, wish the allegations to be untrue. But I’m deeply saddened by how quick many fans have resorted to victim-blaming/shaming. As women, we owe it to ourselves to stick together and protect our right to speak up. 

Immediately assuming they are lying IS what is shameful. Just think of young & women being victims of sexual assault reading about this. How comfortable do you think they feel about coming forward? How could they not think that they’re going to be blamed, shamed, accused of lying?

Again, I’ve loved Ed for a long time, but I can’t believe how some fans have treated these women. 

I’ll keep this account open, I am OPEN to discussion. It just seems that people that label themselves as “neutral” are still siding with Ed.

Side note: I’m SICKENED by anyone saying they’re lying because it’s crazy to NOT accept sexual advances from Ed because “he’s hot”. Rape has literally NOTHING to do with sex, it’s all about POWER.

November 7th is very special this year because it’s been 10 years since Blair Waldorf dropped her Mayflower Pilgrim dress along with all her perfect princess hangups and finally let herself be free. 10 years since Chuck Bass saw the real Blair Waldorf up on that stage, caught those annoying butterflies and to his utter shame fell in love for the first and only time.

It’s been 10 years since an awestruck Chuck Bass said “You were amazing up there”. 10 years since Blair slid across the backseat and pressed her lips against his. 10 years since their eyes met and a surprised Chuck asked “Are you sure?”. 10 years since Blair answered him by kissing him once more.

It’s the 10th Limoversary; the start of Chuck and Blair, Blair and Chuck. We still won’t let them go so let’s celebrate with style! Let’s make the King and Queen of the UES proud!

Did anyone else just love the Thanksgiving episodes ? 🦃❤️ I loved how there was always that extra special dose of drama. My favorite thanksgiving episode was definitely the season 3 episode. That dinner scene when Blair thought Eleanor was pregnant, Serena was hooking up with Tripp and then the CeCe and Lily drama. Epic. But I guess the season 6 episode comes as a close second. “A special place in my heart and my stomach” as Blair says in 6.08 ❤️ Loved the Chuck and Blair scenes but also how the non-judging breakfast club came together. Nate punching Humphrey for the chapters he wrote about all of them, it was really well deserved. I feel like it was so great to see them come together since there was such a drift in season 5. Especially with Blair, her relationship with Louis and then Dan meant she distanced herself from Chuck which extended to Nate, and then Serena and Blair drifted apart too.
