Growing up as the only child of a working-class couple in Birmingham, England, Mackenzie-Jessica Anderson is used to being almost entirely self-sufficient. As far back as she can remember, she would save her pocket money for months until she had enough to buy herself new books or clothes. As a child, she was a world-class people pleaser, and did all she could to make everyone around her happy. This often came at the expense of her own wishes, though, and she began working to break the habit once she moved out of her parentsā home at 20 years old. She started experimenting with make-up as a teenager, using drugstore brands and following makeup tutorials on Youtube to create colourful and dramatic looks. At age 25, she was hired by WWE as a make-up artist, and left the rainy, cloudy city of Birmingham behind for Floridaās Gulf Coast, where she now resides in Tampa, in a small apartment that she shares with her Pomeranian fur baby, Hatchi. Some say she has a bad attitude, due to her habit of keeping people at armsā length, but she calls it protecting herself. Sheās been stung by āfriendsā and āloversā too many times to carelessly let everyone get close to her. If she decides to let you in, youāll see that beneath the walls sheās built around herself, there is a loving, kind person willing to do anything for those she considers her chosen family.
