Sometimes I just don’t know what to do anymore…

Another day goes by, another day to try to hold in this pain until it over flows and I can’t hold it in any more. Sometimes you just feel like breaking down and sometimes you just feel like you can’t hold in these tears any longer. It feels like a nightmare that you can’t wake up from and it makes you think when will things ever get better? This stress is tearing me up inside and it keeps me up at night thinking. You feel tired, not where you need sleep, but just tired of everything that’s going on in your life right now.. You just feel so lost, confused, and alone. I don’t know.. It just feels like you don’t know what to do anymore, you know?
