Freya was barely focused, being a superhero didn't exactly leave a lot of room for school work. She was lucky she was still at school at all with her grades the way they are. Unfortunately for her, luck was never on her side for long.

Freya sat at her desk, staring at all the overdue homework she had from the past couple weeks.
“I doubt Captain America has to deal with physics homework inbetween fighting..” She grumbled.
A sudden headache overwhelmed Freya.
"Shit, spider sense!" She snatched up the police scanner she nabbed from her friend’s father and switches it on. “Suspect seen leaping buildings in what looks to be bright yellow and purple spandex” the scanner reported. The cops won't be able to keep up but maybe ARACHNE could she thought as she switched into her suit, leaping out the window into a swing.
Arachne quickly reached the bank, spotting the illicit leaper.
"You cannot catch me you web-slinging sucker!" He spoke in a heavy French accent, whoever this guy was, he was utterly insufferable.
"I knew the French ate frogs but I didn’t realize they could become frogs!“ She fired a web gripping his leg and yanking the web as he jumped from building to building, causing him to land right into a dumpster. Arachne quickly webs him up before leaving, despite how much she tries to help she was still a vigilante and cops rarely take a liking to vigilantes.
Arachne swings away from the scene, the cops could deal with Batroc. She takes her usual patrol route back to her appartment when the unexpected happens... A swirling vortex of bright colors open up, sucking everything in like a vacuum.
"Holy s-!" The portal closes as quickly as it opens, dropping all her stuff on the floor, transporting her into the unknown...
