BluHouse Commons University Housing | Britechester | No CC | Free Download

Foxbury Institute has reinstated these former dorms for those who prefer a bit more privacy. These university dorms have all a student could need from a laundry room to a gym. You do have to share the common areas but we believe students will enjoy what BluHouse Commons has to offer.

This lot is inspired by my Sims 2 University days. I LOVED playing my sims through university and seeing what they could get up to in the two fraternities and just playing through university in general.

I wanted a more realistic lot for my sims in sims 4 to live on throughout college. There are a good bit of skill-building objects on this lot and the rooms are decorated just enough to give them character (6 in total). Of course you cannot have stoves on this lot but the cafeteria bar functions as it should throughout the day.

This lot replaces Maritime Manor in Britechester.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Because the Sims is the Sims you cannot just place this lot and move right into it when you enroll in university. It does NOT show up. You must first, move your sim into Maritime Manor (Foxbury Institute). THEN, bulldoze the lot through build mode and put this lot down in it's place. After which it will function as it should.

instructions

download the .zip and extract the files (or use tray importer) and import to your gallery

locate the .trayitem file and place inside your ‘tray’ folder usually located Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray

use cheat (ctrl + shift + c) and type  'bb.moveobjects on’

for best results place this lot in Gibbi Point and overwrite the lot in the Crystal Valley neighborhood named 'Prospector's Paradise,' athough I am sure you could place it elsewhere if preferred 😎
