How’s Krispollo(Is that what it’s called?) Apollo post plot gonna work? Cause he killed his boss right? Is he like out of a job? Does he feels guilty? What would happen if Phoenix got channeled around Apollo. Would it be a bitter interaction? Your story gives me thoughts.

ANYWAYS so for background info. Essentially as the only acting lawyer left in living/working condition, Athena sort of takes over the law agency for the time being. Trucy's still around, coping in the only way she really knows how - i.e. by continuing to work. And because this is my AU, Clay has a sort of volunteer position there as well (which he eventually focuses on and ends up ditching the rocket launch. He lives!). Klavier has enough on his plate so doesn't really work for them, but since this is his brother's fault he sticks around anyway.

So the agency is still there, just... very much not the same.

When Apollo does recover (i.e. becomes the only spirit in his body) and works through the aftereffects (instability, amnesia, etc) enough to be told what happened, he'd... I mean, saying he'd feel awful would be an understatement. He'd want nothing to do with anyone, considering himself to be a sort of accomplice.

Thankfully, Clay is still alive. And he's damn determined to motivate Apollo out of this hole So... after some time, he probably returns to work at some point.

I'm not actually sure how Apollo would react to Phoenix, or vice versa. Probably with a hesitant caution, at the very least.

Admittedly don't have much more to say on this, aside from the fact I actually got the idea for this, oh... 2 years ago? I created a rough version on Procreate (back when I was still using that, I only used it for ~1 year before switching back to Krita)... but it never really turned into anything because I got stuck, lmao.

I've discovered the wonders of actually using references now, so... was a lot easier! I mean, the 2 years of practice (i.e. drawing random bullshit) did help, too.
