HELP! Why Won’t They Leave Me?

I was just trying to do a past life regression session. I was so relaxed but I felt a presence standing in the corner of my apartment. I started to see it in my head, I was tall and black with a large white grin. I ignored it and got further relaxed. I was at the count of one 30 minutes in and just as I felt my self sinking I felt something grab my shoulder and I shot out of it. 

I am a magnet for things. I don't get it. I don't know why. My friends say I am a medium but I can’t speak to spirits, I can't see them (normally but on occasion I have). I can only sense them like a pitfall in my stomach and I get an electrical wave down my spine into my fingers and toes, sometimes I can use the wave to make them go away idk what it is. I can feel people and places around me too... I sound crazed but if I am in a place that has had alot of people or normally has alot of people I can feel them all of them bustling around even if they aren't there. I’m not sure that that is really.

In my old apartment when I had a roommate, I saw things with my eyes alot and I had a break down because I thought I was going insane. once I was walking out of my bedroom into my bathroom and saw my roommate sitting on the sofa, I had previously thought I was home alone. I went to the restroom and when I came out I said “Hey!” to an empty apartment. I texted my roommate to ask her where she went and she told me she had been out all night. I saged my place. At the same place I was doing some light spell work in my bedroom and I heard loud pounding non-stop. I stopped what I was doing and went out into the hall and heard it coming from the front door. I looked through the peephole and my hallway light was out but I saw a man standing in the doorway. I asked who it was and I got no response. I was there staring at it for a good 30 seconds before getting the courage to open the door. when I swung it open... nothing was there. My roommate at the time was also a witch so we cleansed and tried to seal the apartment. We shortly moved out into our own places. 

When I moved into this current place I felt a woman in my entryway which wasn’t so bad but I could tell she wasn't friendly and I have a studio so the entry is in clear view of every other part of my home. I did a spirit box session and an Angie came through... Now Angie called me a fag, fat, slut, and said she wanted to hurt me. I cleansed my apartment and tried to get rid of her. I neutralized my apartment and It was fine for a day but I think something else is here now. Last night I felt something in my closet so surely I had to check to make sure there wasn’t someone in there. I sprayed enchanted water and drew some basic ruins. This morning I woke up to fingerprints in black ash that won't come off. 

I really don’t know what to do anymore... This post turned into a whole pour my heart out kind of thing... If you made it this far.... Can you help?
