Most of my frustration comes from a tiredness of the whole 'kawaii' races thing. I want an actual beast race. That said, people can like whatever they want. I just think SE is wasting an opportunity to actually do something different rather than the same old crap they hash time and time again. Then again, dem weeb demographic so what should I expect? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

See if this was phrased in a more reasonable, and less mean way I’d be fine with it. But it boasts a lot of negativity that I don’t really appreciate in terms of criticism or opinion. I understand what you’re saying, I just don’t think it was said nicely.

Where is this coming from?

It’s not something I wanna super get into, but there are people being sour and I’d prefer not to name names or indulge in explaining the situation! This is just a thing I’m saying and standing by on my blog as well as in my interactions with other folks! I won’t tolerate negativity like that!

If Viera are what drives someone to quit FFXIV they have some serious petty issues they need to hash out because nothing is stopping you from simply ignoring that thing and the things associated with it lmao.

You don’t have to PLAY that race, but if you’re that miserable that you can’t even exist in the same space as someone else enjoying that? Like good riddance. The void left where the negativity used to be is appreciated.
