nasa is using a 3D world graphic for the solar eclipse thingy today where germany is still devided in east and west adjfglkafdhgadfg. buddies, it's been almost 40 years.

So I showed this to a physicist and they were like "Oh! Yes! It's a figure from Fred Espenak's very old paper where he did a bunch of eclipse graphics! I've been looking at these my entire internet life, basically, for every solar eclipse! They called him Mr. Eclipse. He just passed away recently 🥺"

Anyway apparently Mr. Eclipse made 5000 years' worth of solar eclipse graphics, which you can find the simpler versions of here

So now instead of laughing at NASA for their outdated graphics I'm emotional about Mr. Eclipse and his hard work

Rudy knows more than he lets on

If flowery is supposed to parallel Rudy in some way (insisting on being Asgore's college roommate and best friend, alongside the constant flirting), then does that mean that Rudy's illness is also somehow Knight/ Dark Fountain related?

Flowery got cut in half by the knight while trying to protect Asgore and the others, and his chances of survival after the fact are slim but not entirely zero (due to the flower biology aspect). Meanwhile, Rudy's been bed bound for the majority of the game with some sort of mystery illness that goes suspiciously unnamed and it's debatable whether he'll survive either. It was his daughter who went missing, it's not crazy to believe that he might have had some involvement during the incident all those years ago.

People focus on Noelle's dialogue changing in the Chapter 2 hospital scene whilst playing Dragon Blazers depending on which route you take, as it has been made clear that the game directly correlates to the story of Deltarune. But I think what is also important to note here is the fact that she is playing it with Rudy, who is actively providing her with advice on how to play the game. A demonstration of experience.

This might just be innocent help, but it's important to note that this interaction didn't happen with just anyone, it happened with Rudy. Yes this cutscene is missable if you don't go into the hospital at all, but the second you walk into the room it immediately plays. Unskippable. And for a purpose more than just showcasing a difference between the weird and normal route I think.

Additionally, to my knowledge (and please do correct me if I'm wrong), every other character that has mentioned Dragon Blazers so far has had some connection to the Dark Worlds. Noelle, Susie, Berdly, Gerson, so why Rudy?

This definitely has the chance to all be circumstantial, but it does make me wonder just how much of an impact on the story he will have moving forwards, especially considering him now being a key plot point what with the events of him falling down (still personally debating whether that's meant as literally or euphemistically) at the end of Chapter 5.

Puesto que me encanta deltarune me puse a modearlo con unos amigos y rediseñamos todo el capitulo 5 cambiando todos los sprites y añadiendo chistes a por montones, ejemplo seria esta captura que le isimos al cambio de skin a Kris cuando destruye el cartel de Flowery en la parte de los acertijos con eso de las sombras, también viene con su respectiva test box con ralsei :D (si quieren que les pase este mor tendrán que esperar ya que apenas terminamos con los sprites. Faltan las mecánicas que tienen que ver con cargar a ralsei :v)
