Hordak, Entrapta and Catra go to a school to teach kids what NOT to do when they see old Horde weaponry lying around after the war. It goes just as good as you think it would with those three trying to do a presentation.
Oh, dear, so it's like those recovery of land-mine programs and such? Like, teaching kids if you find a mine or an old grenade, DO NOT TOUCH IT and "Don't play in this field" and so forth?
(I don't know if the Horde ever used anything as horrible and real-lifey as land-mines, though. Maybe some kind of G-rated "stun-mines" - but still something they want kids to stay away from).
And "Don't play on the tanks like those people in Elberon who made one into a confetti-canon, THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS and they could have all gotten hurt!"
Hordak takes it very, very seriously. He takes everything seriously. He also feels like he MUST ATONE. Occasionally, however, since he had the program of training kids to be soldiers and was an engineered soldier, himself, he'll accidentally lapse into instructing kids how to USE the weapons they find laying around, and oh, dear, other clones who help manage the kids just lapse into that, too! They're showing them the various settings on an arm-mounted canon and the kids are all "COOL! BADASS!" - but those canons are actually relatively safe because they're keyed into clone genetic-signature and cybernetics, so Etherian children who don't have internal hardware cannot use them, but they can easily, TOO EASILY persuade said clones to demonstrate by blowing up things.
Someone blows up Principal Castaspella's office. She's okay.
Catra is kind of non-chalant about it. It's not like these weren't the things she was trained to use ever since she learned to walk. Hordak has a gak! moment when she describes some of the stuff the Horde-children were not supposed to do around the Fright Zone and did anyway. She, Adora and Lonnie used to play Hot Potato with the Stun Grenades. She and Adora used to have contests of how far they could throw them off their moonset-watching spot. Hordak's ear twitches because he had no idea that the cadets were managing to get into the grenade stashes and wasting Horde resources.
Entrapta gets into the SCIENCE! of it all. "And this is how, exactly, a laser-blast can disrupt a mammal's entire nervous system!" "Oooh, ooh, this war-bot has been modified to melt through solid steel! For infiltration missions!" And, while she's trying to atone and teach SAFETY, by the end of the day, an entire class of kindergartners is building weapons-grade mini-robots.
There is now a robot-army demanding cookies.
Queen Glimmer's head is about to explode. Adora has transformed into She-Ra. Bow is crying.
"Community Service" did not go as planned.
