okay tell me if you think this is crazy but imagine George's villain-sona looking kinda like Ryuk from Death Note. I'm thinking something creepy but also silly (but Not evil clown)... And then his hero-sona being more of a techwear/streetwear look. hacking should definitely play into it, even if that's not his power

For Sapnap I think the biggest challenge would be making sure he's not just Flambae

Dream has sooooo many potentials, but I love the idea of his powers acting a bit like Corvo from Dishonored or any of the assassins from Assassin's Creed; very stealth / parkour game protagonist. Or maybe he made his own Portal Gun and can teleport that way. or you could incorporate Fusion into it (pulling things from video games into real life) or maybe just the Titan!!
