How have you neglected yourself? Early parenting is demanding, your energy is tapped now that there's someone else to care about. #coddletip one way to reduce burn out is to take time to re-charge. Schedule those family and friend visits so this ensures your break time. If there's no family/friend, pay for help. Bottom line you need support. You can't do it alone. It's not easy to leave your baby in those first few weeks but is a must..for your sanity and your babies. Go for coffee, take a walk, ask your partner/family/friend to take the baby out so you can have the house to yourself.
