Eric Morden had been a low level criminal who found himself in the employ of The Brain’s Brotherhood of Evil.  After failing in a mission he feared reprisal from The Brain and fled to Paraguay.  Desperate to protect himself from The Brain’s wraith and to make something of himself, Modern sought out a renegade nazi scientist who had himself been in hiding deep in the jungles of Paraguay.  Modern agreed to participate in an experiment to grant him super powers.  The bizarre procedure drove Modern hopelessly insane, yet also bestowed unto him the power to warp reality and induce madness in others.  His physical form was changed into something of a two-dimensional mirage.  Eschewing his previous goal of wanting to be a true somebody, he renamed himself ‘Mr. Nobody,’  He then went on to seek out similarly bizarre super villains and formed his anarchist group, The Brotherhood of Dada.  His madcap schemes resulted in a number of confrontations with The Doom Patrol.  A version of Mr. Nobody featured as the primary antagonist in the first season of the Doom Patrol televisions series, portrayed by actor Alan Tudyk. Mr. Morden first appeared in Doom Patrol #86 (1964); whereas Mr. Nobody initially appeared in Doom Patrol Vol.2 #26 (1989).

STUPID Headcanon but i think the top of mister nobody's head is naturally sharp and he trims it with giant Gardening Shears to be flat every now and then when he wants to be Fancy ... It Heals though . Notice how I use Heals and not Grows Back because it is Indeed a part of his body he is just Weirdly Normal about slicing it off. Also when his head is Flat every now and then he polishes it with one of those Magician Silks and it makes a little Shiiing sound effect and the camera Zooms in on it with a little Glint of Light on it to show how Clean it is .
