[certain soups. look at the label. add lots of water if it’s a broth.]

SUBSTITUTES:
[oil -> unsweetened applesauce. exact substitute, same amount]
[substitute egg.]
[full cream -> lite milk or soy milk.]
[salad dressing -> a little lemon for a zest.]
