In a sense, it’s similar hip movements, so if you’re a well-muscled rider… it probably goes more smoothly with trained leg and core muscles :’D

tbh… I’d rather bet my money on a dressage rider than jumpers, for reasons

I would say eventers would be your best choice, lil bit of everything, and you can bet they have a strong lower body and soft hands :p
