Sometimes there put up jobs on there like a community board, but before they hire you you have to give them your name and stuff, and tell them all the all the things you’re good at and all jobs you’ve done before and when, and usually you also have to write them a letter about how much you want the job and why they should pick you over other people applying.
And then they’ll either call you and arrange to meet you in person, or they don’t want to hire you and never talk to you again or tell you you didn’t get the job like three months later.
That's weirdddddd.
