This was written in a relatively short amount of time in response to a prompt, so on one hand I had fun but also I feel so iffy about my writing. But then again, when am I not iffy about it ToT I'm not sure if I conveyed the concept I was going for clearly ughhghghghghgh

Summary:

After cleaving through everything that made him who he was, Roxas still presses on blade to the ground.

A conflict within the heart and without, Xion has to keep "Xion" together lest it shatters around her.

Half baked attempts of fixing things was never going to work, so Axel's going to have to do better than he ever has before.

Hearts to save and lives to protect, at the very least Naminé's work isn't as damning.

Work doesn't matter when a sort of duty takes precedent, Saïx treads an inevitable march towards an ultimate end.

Dark wouldn't exist without the light, and light without dark would be blinding. Their hearts will take them where they need to be.

Or; a sea salt quint focused Kingdom Hearts rewrite.
