I only ever did big datacron hunts on my main Sith Inquisitor (who, dear god, is now old enough to be in high school), and would always take Talos with me because he was the only healer back then he would certainly enjoy it the most

i hate to say this but SWTOR is literally too big for my computer at this point. like why is an update 22 fucking gigs, of WHAT?!?

I’ve had some people interested in commissioning some work of their SWTOR characters.  I made this guide to better explain to them what I need but hopefully other people will find it useful as well. —————————————————————————————————

If you want your companion character in the picture make sure to include good references of your companion character.

If you have a lightsaber with a weird blade effect (like the Gree light sabers) it’s a good idea to include at lest one shot of the full blade so the artist can see it.

A character sheet is really not necessary, it’s handy, but if you are unsure about your computer graphics skill just send the screen shots. 

If you are an imperial character you can talk to Lenna Corr on Tatooine (she’s in Mos Ila) for a cut scene that offers some good opportunities for screen shots.

I haven’t come across a good Republic side equivalent yet. I will update if I find one. If any one has a suggestion for a repeatable quest that offers good views (with good lighting) of you and your companion character please tell me.

its good to acknoweldge the hollowness of revenge but sometimes you really do just need a story about someone who gets hurt and then kills and kills and kills and kills their enemies. its cathartic, babey.

The Old Republic just straight stealing a bunch of the Empire’s aesthetic and even terminology for stuff like the Grand Moff normally bothers me for a number of reasons despite how cool a lot of it looks, but in a way it’s also hilarious. Because it completely recontextualizes Palpatine to just be basically an Ancient Rome LARPer for the old Sith Empire

Getting a bit into the High Republic stuff and I was going through an art book when I came upon this image and all I could think of was that one post about the Sith people of Korriban and how they would strongly associate the color white with death. Because what shows up as white in the red sands and rock of Korriban? Bones.

And seeing this basically got me thinking that to the Sith people, the High Republic Jedi especially would basically be seen as grim reapers. Skeletal death bringers sweeping across their land to end them all.
