I’ve made so many intro posts for my writing accounts I’m losing track of what to say 😭 I write fantasy and speculative fiction, and occasionally romance. I’m easily swayed by the changing of the seasons on what project I’m working on so I jump around a lot instead of staying dedicated to one WIP, but I hope to self-publish in the coming future 🤞 I have a lot of WIPs so I’m only going to list the ones I’ve made decent progress on

🍂 Silver Hills// paranormal romance centred around a small town// currently at 12,523 words

🍂 The Contract// an arranged marriage romance I mainly work on when I have writers block towards everything else// currently at 15,993 words

🍂 The Ides// a novel about the rise of a band in the 60s that is loosely inspired by the Beatles in the same way Daisy Jones was inspired by Fleetwood Mac// currently only at 632 words but fully planned out unlike most of my projects 😭

(I also have a fantasy world I’ve been working on since I was like thirteen that I’m not going to get into because even though it very much exists in my brain still it’s so convoluted at this point I don’t bother working on the many WIPs related to it much)

I’d love to make writing friends online and love reading other writer’s work so always feel free to reach out to me if you want to be writing buddies 🫶 anyway that’s all for now x

Well it’s September now so I need to ditch all my summer writing projects and move onto my autumnal ones

So when I was bored in a lecture last year I came up with a marauders ship (or at least came up with this specific version of it) which was Lucius Malfoy and Petunia Evans. Despite the fact I’m not in the marauders fandom anymore, I think the potential story between two characters with a similar backstory is veryyyyy interesting.

Also even though I don’t have my Lucius x Petunia account anymore I’m still willing to talk about them/ my ideas around them on here if anybody was interested. I also have a few one shots in my drafts of them 😭 I’m just intrigued by the idea of the sister always on the outside of this magical war getting tangled up in it but on the wrong side

WIP intro: The Ides

Told through the perspective of the three women closest to the lead singer, the novel charts the success of the band as they go from unknowns from a small Yorkshire village to some of the biggest stars in the world.

Its easier to explain it through the characters than just the plot so maybe one day I’ll make a post explaining all of them 😭 For now, one more image which pretty much sums up the book:

"why did you stop writing your story!!! never stop writing!!!!!!!!!!!" well you see the character had to drive one mile to a new location and the sentence "she got into the car" was quite simply my undoing
