Hello everyone. It's been a long time since I was last here. A lot has changed. But I did not put an end to it, I did not say goodbye words. I think this needs to be fixed. This blog was my outlet as was the VK group. I enjoyed being an administrator, bringing you the latest news, sharing theories and reading your comments. This was what I lived for a while. Moonlight Lovers was a promising project but it did not live up to expectations unfortunately. I haven't been able to play it yet. I was a little disappointed but continued my activities here because I liked it. Communication with the players was the best part of this adventure! I'm glad I got to experience it with you. I would like to say thank you to all of you for subscribing to this blog, asking questions and just sharing what you care about. I wish you all the best. And I'm off into the sunset. :)

Don’t you think that Vlad’s bad end can be really sensitive for those who has depression or any mental problems?

Both neutral and bad imho.

I actually hate the neutral one even more than the bad one because of Eloise's role. Let's face it, even if we don't self-insert in the games we play, the MC represents the player. I'm okay when she is her own character with her tastes and passions, I actually prefer games with more characterised MCs than blank canvas, but there are some things that are part of one's morality that should not be touched. Like, for example, which game would ever make a MC go through an abortion? That's such a personal choice, people are so divided on the topic, that a game creator should not impose either one of the choices to the players. Same with assisted suicide, even more in this case where we are not talking about someone ill and suffering, but a physically healthy person with depression. I would never help anyone I know, let alone the person I love, to die because he sees it as the only solution for his sadness. I'm not gonna lie, the neutral ending makes me sick.

The bad ending is at the very least in character, Eloise tries to stop him but he kills himself anyway and this makes it tragic and sad. So in makes sense in the context of it being a bad ending. I still don't like the theme of suicide though and I feel it was unnecesserily romanticised.

I believe and hope that the future neutral and bad endings are going to be much different.
