We just got out of McCanick, Cory was AMAZING in it, as was David Morse. Devastating movie, I'm an emotional wreck. Must see.

Well that was.. somewhat disappointing. Canadian content for the movie network here. There were script problems, and the writer/director revealed after the film that she had been forced to cut 10 speaking parts in 2 hours for budget reasons. The biggest issue is that I couldn't tell if 3 of the 4 main characters were supposed to be stupid or diabolical. They certainly weren't sympathetic. Kevin Zegers' performance was great and his character seemed to have the most obvious motivations. Always nice to see Cory in a role other than Finn, I have high hopes for tomorrow night.
