how i feel.

you sit there thinking….eventually the thoughts all creep in. Your face gets hot and flushed. Behind your eyes gets heavy all the thoughts come rushing in as fast as the tears come out. Failure Worthless Fuck up Idiot Piece Of Shit Nothing you do in life matters. your just a speck of dirt. you start to give up the tears flow worse you can’t breath everything becomes blurry.more thoughts rush in you hate your life you wish you were dead you have nothing to live for anymore you just sit in your room and ponder it the word you always hear people say is selfish. but they haven’t been in your shoes they don’t know what its like to feel like nothings left everything is wrong. the job you dread going to everyday because your constantly yelled at for doing wrong. the house you don’t even feel like its your home anymore because of how broken it became after the divorce the friends that say they are there for you btu when the time come everyone is suddenly busy. no you haven’t been in my shoes it feels like it would be so much easier to just do it be done with it just be gone forever no more thoughts no more anything. all of this hits you so hard that you can’t handle it anymore you bury your face in your pillow and let it all out the screams, the hate, the tears it flows like a never ending river for what seems like hours. you try to calm down but the thoughts have now filled your brain…you just want to quit…..just quit

Update: I wrote this about 6 years ago about suicide. I'm now happily married with an awesome 3 year old and an amazing wife. A wonderful job, awesome new friends, and I am now a proud Christian. Life is not easy but please never give up. I promise it will get better it just matters how bad you want it. Multiple suicide attempts, alcoholism, Severe Deppresion and as far to rock bottom as I could find. Don't worry you will get through it.
