Торт на сгущенке со сгущенкой. 🎂

Ингредиенты: Для коржей: мука - 600 г (+/-); сгущённое молоко - 1 банка; яйцо - 1 шт.; сода гашеная или разрыхлитель - 1 ч. л. Для крема: масло сливочное - 200г; сгущенка вареная - 1 банка. Для пропитки: вода - 150мл; сахар - 50г.

Приготовление: В глубокую миску вылить сгущёнку, добавить яйцо, просеянную муку и разрыхлитель. Замесить эластичное тесто не липнущее к рукам. Разделить тесто на 8-9 равных частей. Каждую часть теста раскатать скалкой в круг, диаметр примерно 24-26 см. Выпекать коржи для торта на сухой сковороде с двух сторон до золотистой корочки. Коржи жарятся быстро. Готовые коржи остудить, подготовить пропитку. Для этого сахар растопить в воду и немного уварить. Пропитать коржи стропом. Для крема взбить масло комнатной температуры с варёной сгущенкой. На плоскую тарелку выложить пропитанный корж, хорошо смазать его тёплым кремом и накрыть следующим пропитанным коржом. Таким образом собрать весь торт. Выровнять поверхность остатками крема. Поставить торт в холодильник на ночь. Утром он пропитается. И будет очень вкусным и нежным.

One way to get better at learning languages is to be exposed to them constantly. So what better way to learn than through social media! Thanks to @jefurait for the corrections (looking over my spelling mistakes I realized how many of them are because of Ukrainian). Some things I kept as they were on the original websites–so instead of changing Цитата to the plural for Tumblr I changed the English to reflect the Russian Tumblr uses. For the tweeting verbs, they’re now in past tense since that’s how they usually appear on the website. 

Interestingly enough, I went to go check the following Instagram vocabulary:

Отметка нравится – Liked Публикации — Posts Просмотренные — Viewed

However, Instagram uses the ones I originally put on the list. Since I mostly intended this for navigating sites, I’m keeping the ones that they have on their site, but if this is actually wrong perhaps that says something about their translation and should know about that? 

Edit: The version of Публикация has to do with the number of posts you have. For someone who has 5+ posts, it will be in the genitive plural (and since I assume most people who are committed to Instagram enough to change their language to Russian probably have several posts :) )
