Welcome to the Scarab Crew blog!

current crew we know:

general info/rules:

- I do my best to post everyday!

- asks to the crew will help the story to progress!

- also asks are something that can alter the way the story goes! Though the main plot will stay the same

- orange text is me (blog creator) talking

- the story will be slowly revealed through art and text posts

- don't worry if your ask doesn't get answered immediately, I will try to answer every single one, sometimes it just takes me some time!

it has been a bit huh?

I do sincerely apologise for that

but unfortunately I was a bit dumb and did cause myself some burnout by forcing myself to work on this, I am fine now yes, but it's hard for me to come back to this project

I am sure I'll be able to continue one day, and it is quite unfortunate that I am unable to progress the story right now, especially as it's right before a very important plot point

I might occasionally post some art still

I do really really appreciate all the support I have gotten while I was more active

though I am aware that unfortunately this blog will be put on a pause for some time, and I am not sure how long that'll be

so again, thank you everyone, it has been fun working on this project, and I definitely want to come back to it some day

Update

I cannot say when will I go back to posting here as I haven't done much progress in the animation, which doesn't allow me to continue the story

I do struggle with doing things on time, and I know if I stress myself out and force myself to work on it I will burn out and get artblock

and I would like to avoid that as recently I've gotten back into the flow of drawing and had been able to draw pretty regularly

so I do want to apologize in advance if the wait will be a month or two, I will finish the animation when I get the motivation for it, and digital art hasn't been going well for me recently
