I built this one around the time I was starting SHIPtember as a quick little build one night. I was playing around with some 2x2 jumpers and 2x2 bricks and so the engine intake design was made.

Made this a few months ago to try and get back into landscaping/castle stuff. Not perfect but as a first attempt in about 2 years I think I did a decent job. I'm working on a landscape/castle type MOC right now and it's already turning out better than this so hopefully this'll be a low point from here on out.

Biggest thing I need to work on are trees but it turned out ok enough here.

I've been holding off on posting this one until I could get a good photo out of it. I recently got a larger setup so it was about time. I also had to fix a couple of things I wasn't happy with on the original like the waist being way to wide and looking a bit awkward.

This also ended up winning Best Bionicle Humanoid at BrickFair Virginia last year, so you can thank DViddy (Patrick Biggs) for that. I tend to take a lot of inspiration from his builds so I guess it's fitting he'd want to nominate it.

Captain Bravebeak and his Haul or Treasures

Am I Patrick Biggs yet?

Captain Bravebeak and his crew sail the freezing arctic lands in search of lost treasures and artifacts from beings that existed long before. Him and is pet caterpillar sometimes travel on foot when needed, trawling along a small sleigh to carry all their found goods.

Made for the final round of Biocup 2017. This round we had to make a combination of all our previous entries into one MOC.

If I hadn't procrastinated doing this for for about a week I probably could've fixed a couple of small issues with this, but overall I'm pretty happy with it. I'm just glad this thing is finally over.

Should also give credit for the pouldron things.

Blue Gaurdian

Kinda curious how this'll be received. I got some mixed feedback on the general design of this so I'll wait and see. My gut is telling me that this works so I'm sticking with this design.

Only thing I couldn't fix about this from what I wanted were the small gold circles; they're covering up blue pins and I couldn't find anything else that looked better.
