🧯 Maisie considers herself to be like a big sister to Buster when he regresses. Sometimes he calls her Mama though and that makes her heart melt.
📽 Funny enough, Buster found out Maisie was a CG BEFORE she found out he regressed. He saw her printing out coloring pages and she admitted they were for another regressor she looked after… Buster ended up asking if she could print some extras for him.
🧯 Maisie ends up having a pretty easy time taking care of Buster when he regresses to younger ages. Usually he's content to just nap or cuddle his plushies. But when he's regressed to older ages, it's a whole other ballgame. Luckily she's gotten good at wrangling him before he gets hurt or does something stupid.
📽 Buster loves yapping about all the fun facts he knows about whatever movie or TV show he and Maisie are watching (“Maymay did you know that the roaring in the lion King is all tiger roars? Yeah, cuz lion roars are really quiet! And also did you know that Be Prepared is sung by two different guys cuz the first guy hurt his voice when he was singing :( AND ALSO DID YOU KNOW-”). He used to be worried he was “ruining the movie” but Maisie loves hearing all the little fun facts.
🧯 Maisie makes sure she always has stuff on hand for any situation. She does this for any regressor she's looking after, but she definitely gets the most use out of it with Buster bc she SWEARS he's like Murphy's law personified. Buster forgot his paci? Don't worry she has three more. Tripped and scraped his knee? She has a bunch of bandages, does he want a Sesame Street one, a Transformers one or a Batman one? Favorite stuffie got ripped? Emergency sewing kit to the rescue!
📽 Buster loves getting hugs and snuggles, but sometimes forgets his own strength. A lot of times he ends up flopping onto Maisie and she can't move till he decides when to get up. If he naps on her she just makes her peace with not moving for the next few hours.

So today is Draco's birthday, and since he's my favorite brawler you KNOW I had to do something special to celebrate! Plus, ever since Damian's voice actor posted this really sweet video (warning for implied injury/abuse and muffled sounds of off-screen fighting) I've been itching to do some big brother Damian content.

❤️🔥 Damian was so, SO relieved to find out Draco also regresses. He's a regressor himself but hid it for fear of being picked on again. Finding out his little brother does the same thing made him feel a lot more comfortable as both a regressor and a caregiver.
🎸 Draco is such a clingy kiddo when it comes to his brother. He constantly wants to be picked up or cuddled, and if that's not possible he at least wants to be in the same room as Damian at all times. Damian, for what it's worth, is a pretty good sport about it.
❤️🔥 One of Damian’s favorite things to do with Draco when he regresses is play video games! Even when Draco is regressed to a younger age, they tend to play more teen/”big kid” games like Tony Hawk Pro Skater, Jet Set Radio or (their personal favorite) Guitar Hero! Don't tell Draco, but Damian almost always lets him win when they play together…
🎸 Draco loves playing pretend games with Damian too! His favorite is pretending to be a dragon by making a “den” (blanket fort) and protecting his “hoard” (toys). Sometimes Damian is an older dragon protecting the hatchling, other times he's a knight sent to defeat the dragon or a rogue trying to steal from the hoard. No matter what, it almost always ends with the two of them napping inside the blanket fort.
❤️🔥 Damian learned how to bake specifically because milk and cookies are both his and Draco's comfort food, especially while regressed. He even keeps some frozen cookie dough in the freezer specifically for “emergencies”. Draco always wants to help make them when he's feeling small, but he can't be trusted to not try and eat the raw dough every time so he usually is relegated to just handing Damian the ingredients.
🎸 When Draco is particularly restless, he'll ask Damian to read him a story. One of his earliest memories was Damian reading to him before bed, and even now it's the easiest way to get him to settle down or fall asleep. He still has a whole bunch of books from when he was little, and even if Damian's read it to him 100 times he's still just as happy to hear it as if it were the first time.

A Romy (Rogue x Remy) age regression fic ● Regressed Gambit & Caregiver Rogue

Gambit has a nightmare and seeks Rogue out for comfort.
Remy had woken quickly from his sleep with a nightmare fleeting from his memory, but with the emotions staying. He felt himself drop in age from the shock of it. Quickly, he felt tears well up in his eyes and his breath hitching.
Remy sat up in his bed, gripping his bedsheets in both his fists, debating if he wanted to go seek out the comfort of Rogue.
After a few minutes of trying to calm himself down and failing miserably, Remy quickly crawled out of his bed and snuck out of his room, down the hallway, and quietly into Rogue's room.
Walking up to the sleeping woman, he gently nudged her shoulder till she blearily looked up at the boy standing above her.
"Gambit had a nightmare…" Remy replied and instantly tried to crawl onto Rogue's lap, wanting to be held, but was gently pushed back.
"I don't got no protective clothes on, sugar. Just me a moment here, honey." Rogue then, carefully so as not to touch Remy, guided him onto the bed, then wrapped him up in the throw blanket she kept on the foot of her bed.
"There now, you're all swaddled up, so Momma can hold you now, huh?" Rogue gently guided Remy into her lap, with his head on her chest.
She knew he was regressed the moment he admitted he had a nightmare. Remy had a bad habit of keeping all his emotions stuck in that head of his, and when it all got too much, he tended to involuntarily regress and come to her for some comfort, which she was more than happy to give
Remy, still sniffling and lightly crying from the nightmare, leaned into Rogue's touch through the blanket, comforted by her words and presence.
Rogue took the edge of the blanket and gently wiped away the loose tears falling down Remy's face. "You wanna talk about it?"
Remy shook his head, absent-mindedly putting his thumb into his mouth.
"Oh, honey, come on, you know how Momma feels about fingers in your mouth," Rogue said, gently taking his thumb out of his mouth.
She then reached over to her bedside table and got a purple pacifier that had a mini charm of Gambit's cards on the guard that she kept in her room for him. Also, grabbing her gloves, she slipped them on.
"Here you are, sugar. This is much better than your thumb." She said while putting the pacifier into Remy's mouth, which he greatly appreciated, gently sucking on it.
His pacifier always helped calm him down, and soon, he was fighting sleep again, trying to keep his eyes open. "I've got a sleepy baby on my lap, huh?"
Remy shook his head, opening his eyes fully to show that he was awake. "Gambit not sleepy at all, Momma," he said around his pacifier.
"Oh really? Well then, I guess I'll put on some Baby Einstein, since you ain't tired at all." Rogue said, clicking on the TV and putting it on, knowing that Baby Einstein instantly knocked Remy out.
The moment the classical music started playing, Remy let out a loud yawn, cuddling into Rogue.
“Gambit ain’t sleepy.” Remy defended himself even though his eyes were practically closed, and his words were slurred with sleep
“No, not at all, don’t worry, Sugar, I know,” Rogue replied, raking her gloved fingers through Remy’s hair, massaging his scalp along the way.
Rogue always cherished these moments, being able to care for her Remy the way he always cares for her.
Remy was originally much more shy about his regression, keeping it a secret till one day, after a tough mission, he fell apart.
Rogue luckily was with him that day, and even though she was confused, she helped him until he could explain what happened; after that, she designated herself as Remy’s caregiver, and the routine became their normal.
Being caught up in her thinking, she hadn’t realized Remy had fallen asleep tucked into her side.
She smiled down at his sleeping face before carefully readjusting them both so they were lying down on the bed with Remy still carefully tucked into her side.
She continued to let Baby Einstein play quietly in the background for some white noise as she closed her eyes and let sleep take her.

Sometimes all I want is someone to look at me and say "no one should ever have to go through what you went through. I can't belive so many people cared so little that that happened" and scoop me up in their arms and give me milk and let me be so soft it makes up for all the moments I couldn't be
