Just out of curiosity, what kinds of movies do the twins like, if any at all?

For Dawn? Action and the cheesiest of RomComs you can find.

Dusk isn't the biggest fan of movies ("They ruined the ending Dawn! Just read the book!!!"), but if you wanna get him to watch something mystery is a good bet to get him invested.

They both enjoy stuff with Fantasy elements though (and stuff like Disney and ghibli but Dusk will refuse to admit he adores those until he dies)

[Dawn & Dusk, 50/50 AU]

A dorky set of brothers keeping multiversal balance through complete spectacle fights and behind-the-scenes sibling shenanigans.

General Info below the cut c:

Dawn: Positivity Guardian (High energy emotions such as Euphoria, Excitement, Fear and Anger). Plays the part of “Hero” of the Multiverse with two friends he’s made. 

Is much more observant than given credit for, and will play up the ‘clueless hero’ act if he wants to read if someone is lying to him. Assumed to only have control of “good” emotions, and he no longer bothers to correct people. 

Dramatic and goofy, but can be pushed into a frenzy if you know how to pull out his corruption (Determination).

Dusk: Negativity Guardian (Low energy emotions, Depression, exhaustion, calm, comfort). Plays the part of “Villain” of the Multiverse, with his ‘deadly gang’ (i.e. lost puppies). 

When in battle, he usually allows his corruption (Apathy) to fully cover him to help buffer the effect of all the positive emotions that come from battle, but otherwise he keeps it mostly retracted. Assumed to only have control of ‘bad’ emotions, and also no longer bothers to try and correct people. 

Honestly doesn’t enjoy the more hand-to-hand combat that his brother does, but that’s what he has his team for, and plays a more ‘chess master’ role in their ‘battles’. Quiet and secretive, but has a soft spot for those who are truly downtrodden and will help in a roundabout way.

The ‘Bad Sanses”: Dusk’s adoptive family. Saved in combination of both him and Dawn, but Dusk was the one who got extremely attached and they tend to stay with him most of the time (which fair enough as Dawn is infinitely more active in the Multiverse than his brother and isn’t home with them as often.) Each has a piece of Dusk’s broken crown in some form or another to make it easier for both him and Dawn to locate them. 

Cross however tends to bounce spending time between Dawn and Dusk in what (to the multiverse) is the most confusing game of custody ever recorded. Dusk and Dawn find this HILARIOUS and will play up the drama of the "switching sides” for laughs and to make people give Cross hard to answer questions while Dawn tries not to snicker from the side, or for the rest of Dusk’s gang having dramatic “How COULD you????” scenes when they come home from a ’battle’.

The “Star Sanses”: Originally a pair of Coworkers (Dawn and Ink who I don’t have a design or alternate name for), who honestly didn’t exactly /like/ each other that much, but their powers and goals aligned so allies they became. Dawn mostly does it so he can keep a close eye on Ink and make sure he doesn’t ‘accidentally’ seriously injure one of Dusk’s Team (Or Dusk himself honestly but that’s harder). 

However, when a Swap Sans (who I’m tentively just calling Star right now) caught on to Dawn and Dusk’s exchanging of phony cliché Hero/Villain lines and pulled Dawn aside to call him out on it, Dawn was EXSTATIC that someone finally put two and two together and has essentially adopted the Swap Sans as his own. 

Star tended to seamlessly smooth the rough patches between Ink and Dawn and the trio work quite well together. Unlike the bad Sans’, both Ink and Star have homes of their own so Dawn doesn’t see them as ‘family’ (though Star is pretty close to that regard and spends a lot of time at Dawn and Dusk’s place).

Okay so like my interview went absolutely horrible today so I stress doodled a Dusk and Dawn (Probably not FINAL designs but I like them so far) along with some free serotonin I found after going through my files and finding my first doodles of the two in concept

While earlier concepts aren’t design accurate, they are personality accurate LOL
