@the-trill-dreamer
i've reached the "i don't have energy for that anymore" era.
endlessly inspired by women who take good care of themselves
Honestly, the best advice I have for anyone is just be yourself. Be strange, be peculiar, be whimsical, be weird and messy and passionate about things people don’t understand. Let your odd quirks show. Let yourself show. We get this one teeny tiny life, and you should refuse to spend it trying to hide anything about yourself, otherwise you missed the whole point. There’s nothing about you that is wrong. Whoever you are, whatever you love, whatever you do, whatever you’re passionate about, whatever you dislike, whatever strange faces you make when something disgusts you or the way you laugh is wrong. It’s not possible. You are the way you are because that’s exactly how you are supposed to be. Not everyone has to love it, no everyone has to accept it, the only person that needs to is you.
accept the ending of relationships, eras, experiences, etc.
And Now That You Don’t Have To Be Perfect You Can Be Good 2026
Feeling the urge to prove yourself to people, is because there’s a part of your identity you haven’t fully owned. So you start seeking validation externally. When your real life is aligned and full, you naturally stop performing for outsiders
If you feel the need to prove your success then you probably don’t feel stable or confident in your current direction
If you feel the need to prove you’re desirable there’s a part of you craving emotional safety or self worth
If you feel the need to prove your value you’re probably ignoring your own needs or goals
Healthy traits that only feel toxic to people who don’t love themselves:
Self respect that doesn’t bend to keep the peace
Clear boundaries without guilt or over explaining
Emotional honesty that doesn’t come with drama
Needing consistency instead of intensity
Taking time to respond instead of reacting
Choosing peace over drama
Not chasing mixed signals
Expecting accountability
Saying no without apology
Not tolerating disrespect “for the sake of love”
Being okay walking away
Liking yourself enough to not need validation
Putting yourself first instead of abandoning yourself
Being protective of your time, energy and emotional space
Being “selfish” with your life in a self honoring way
Choosing what’s good for you even when others are disappointed
Not making decisions from guilt, fear, or obligation
Being selective about who gets access to you
Healthy detachment, not over identifying with outcomes
Loving without clinging
Trusting you’ll be okay no matter the outcome
Be loyal to alignment, not attachment
What I look like when people ask me what I like to do for fun and it’s binge watching videos to learn more about neuroscience, quantum physics, epigenetics, reading medical research, philosophy books, finding new skin care products, saving recipes on Pinterest, blogging & buying more dresses

thank you for being weird. if you're weird I love you
rich in life. no compromise required.
Respect comes before love.
