The fact that the app was just releasing updates about season 2 just proves how out of left field this must have come to the people working behind the scenes. They must have been blindsided by this decision.

the fact that we’ll never be able to see the new seasons of eternal city, x-files, life 2.0, and titanic just makes me so so so sad :(

Let’s be clear about one thing about this Storyscape thing, this isn’t Disney “failing ar the mobile game” market. Disney wanted nothing to do with video games and wanted to be rid of this property and didn’t care how they went about it. Nor did they care about the jobs on the line.

Disney wanted Fox properties and was going to ditch the parts they didn’t want, one way or akother. This is the fall out.

Just heard the news about Storyscape. I’m so sorry, it is such a horrible thing to have happened to you and your colleagues. Titanic was one of the best games I’ve ever played and was brilliantly paced and had gorgeous artwork. Plus the Adele and Matteo ship! ❤️ Thank you for all you did x

Thank you for your kind words and support! Sad as it is, this isn’t too unusual for the games industry, especially in mobile. It’s really difficult to make a game work long-term, let alone launch one in the first place; and I could not be more proud of what we did with Storyscape. I truly love the team more than any other I’ve ever worked with and I would be lucky to work with them again.
