The story begins 16 years ago...

When Karine landed in Dubai to start her family. What unites us as a family the most is the passion we all share to try new cuisines. And Dubai has much to offer in the food scene. We not only love to try different restaurants but encourage our friends to bring over a favorite dish from their cuisine. 

Karine says “What sparked my interested in cooking is watching my grandmother and mother in the kitchen. I don’t cook enough for my liking. Although when I do its a time when the family comes together and its when we get a chance to discuss what is going on. I wanted Greg to take a food adventure in the extremely edgy sense. We hired Chef Andrea and she transformed very unusual food into something beautiful. After that Greg had a traditional cooking session with chef Jupiter. I had an interesting discussion with him as he highlighted the facts that food being served today is extremely different than what it used to be. What I liked about ChefXchange is that you can cater the menu to your own needs. I always make special requests and it’s great that they are fulfilled.”

Greg says “What makes cooking interesting is that you can get as creative as you want. You can make so many combinations with so many ingredients. When cooking with Chef Andrea I realized how exotic cooking can get. We cooked pigs ears and livers. Inspite of using such ingredients it was extremely fun. On the other when cooking with Chef Jupiter we cooked normal food but still it was something I enjoyed. The thing I liked about ChefXchange is that the chefs come to your home and you can cook in your own environment.”
