A question to y’all:

Do skykids’ light keep them warm in the cold or do they need warm clothes to wear? What’s your take?

I headcanon that their light keeps them warm, but the idea them needing warm clothes to keep themselves warm is interesting.

I agree with that one person in the reblogs that also thinks that skykids don't feel anything regarding temperature.

One could argue that they do feel it bcs they have emotes that express shiver, cold, sadness, longing and pain but we also have to remember that emotes are LEARNED by our skykids. they're mimicry from the spirits we encounter.

however, on a wholesome note, I like to headcanon that skykids, despite not feeling any temperature difference, like to dress according to the season/weather bcs it's cute and they want to match the vibe of the environment. like, they can't feel the weather but they definitely feel something about it. an unexplained motion that's closer to their hearth.
