Absolutely stunning art

The beautiful gold necklace was made by @traces_palestine in Ramallah, west bank. They take stones from different areas and pop them in the jewellery. I got to personally choose the stones in the necklace that were meaningful to me.

Jerusalem, Gaza, Haifa, and Shajara village.

I included my favourite key necklace to symbolise the houses forcibly taken from the palestinians by the settlers during and after the Nakba in 1948.

Yesterday, I watched a wholesome video of a group of people taking part in the sit-in/protest at Harvard University. They were sharing Maqluba with everyone as a big, beautiful community, and the video made me cry.
