Intermittent fasting can have benefits, but i honestly think it's awful to encourage children (especially in their teens) to diet and lose weight as it can create an unhealthy relationship with food that lasts a lifetime. Teach children healthy eating habits, don't tell them to lose weight 😢

Idk about kids doing it but intermittent fasting isn’t bad at all. Literally it’s just SUPPOSED to be eating your breakfast lunch dinner within a certain time period so your body has more time to break down the food. As long as Ashlee isn’t feeding Sadie only a dinner portion, she should be fine. (I only know because I do it and it’s helped my weight and sleep schedule lot!)
