a concept i donât see talked about often is falling in love with the law and i think the reason why its not discussed is because not many people fall in love.
you cannot hate yourself to become the person you want to be for all youâre bringing is more hate. all youâre doing is festering fuel to hate yourself more.
i personally believe that itâs so beautiful that i can give myself what i want in my imagination and nobody can stop me because itâs my imagination. thereâs absolutely no restrictions, no obligations that i must follow. thereâs nobody to impress but myself!!!

hereâs how i personally love to view manifestation: i see it as a blank, empty canvas kind of similar to how the world first started out. i donât view it as something i should be frightened of but something i should make great usage of. in this world i call my own (imagination) i am free to experience what i wish.
in this world i set my eyes upon something and i claim it to be mine! (let there be light) and rather than wait and seek the outside to give me my light i decide to give myself the light.
this is why i think itâs also beneficial to do the things that you want to do. just because a blog does something a certain way, doesnât mean you have to do it. just because the majority does something you donât resonate with doesnât mean you have to force your way into liking it.
manifestation is a beautiful personal process that youâll benefit from because not only are you manifesting a beautiful thing for you, youâre experiencing what it really is all about, in the process you learn about yourself, you get to know yourself. you stop judging yourself and accept everything.
by adjusting the law according to you and your beliefs you open up a brand new world for yourself. why would you want to miss out on that?
this has become a very inflammatory sentence for some, but it shouldn't be scary. states simplify manifestation, it doesn't complicate it.
at the beginning of my loa journey, i would affirm alllll day long. while watching tv, while reading, while hanging out with my friends. and by the logic of "your dominant thoughts manifest," i should've gotten my manifestations after only a few days of that. but i didn't, because dominant thoughts aren't what manifests, it's your state that manifests.
you are not a state. you are I Am, and you enter in and out of states all day long. there is an infinite number of states, and no one experiences states the same way. so even if two people are manifesting the same thing (for example, money), the State of Being Rich will probably look different for both of them. so there's really no one specific way a state should look/feel!
because there are an infinite number of states you can occupy, right now you have the power to be rich, just as much as you have the power to be poor. it is just as easy to occupy the state of being rich as it is the state of being poor. you are both of these things, and you know that you are both of these things because you can imagine being both of these things, and everything stems from your imagination.
the state that you consistently go to, also known as your dwelling state, is the state that manifests into your 3d reality.
so, how do you get into a state?
you switch states simply by intending to. the second you want to switch states, you do. in order to maintain this new state, you can use a technique such as affirming, scripting, or visualizing.
let's talk about affirming.
affirming is a TECHNIQUE. some people argue that since affirmations are just thoughts, you can never stop affirming and should be monitoring your thoughts all day long. i do not agree with this.
your thoughts do not manifest. it's why i spent my time from summer 2020-summer 2021 affirming on a constant loop 24/7 that i was in a relationship with my [old] sp, and it never manifested. it's why when you get intrusive thoughts they don't manifest. it's why--even tho every time you go to the bathroom you check behind the shower curtain in case something's there--nothing ever is. it's also why you were able to manifest something by thinking you wanted it once.
you do not need to "create new neural pathways" or think in your favor 24/7. your negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of your desired state, and you can instantly correct this by shifting back to the state of the wish fulfilled. you don't even need to flip the thought. your thoughts have no power, unless you give them power by allowing them to let you wallow in the state of lack.
all that being said, affirmations can help you maintain your desired state. i say maintain, because getting into the state is instant, and requires no technique. however, there is such thing as affirming from lack.
what is affirming from lack? it's affirming to get what you want. it's affirming from a state of not having your desire. it's the same as thinking of your desire, instead of thinking from your desire.
a few months ago, the 10k challenge was going around. it was marketed as a fool-proof way to get your manifestation, because all you had to do was "affirm 10k times to create a new neural pathway which created an assumption." yet so many people affirmed 10k+ times and still didn't get their desire. why? because they were affirming from lack.
quality > quantity. you can affirm 10k times and not get your desire, because you weren't in your desire state. you can affirm once and get your desire, because you were in the state.
so how do you not affirm from lack?
an easy way is to pay attention to your affirmations. mindless affirming is out! this shouldn't be a scary thing to hear, because as we discussed, there's no need for you to affirm 5 million times in order to reach some imaginary quota, because your thoughts don't manifest.
affirm with purpose! create an affirmation that implies you already have your desire, and repeat it with the purpose of conjuring the feeling of knowing. the feeling of knowing may feel like calm, peace, relief, contentment, or even excitement. when Neville Goddard said "feeling is the secret," this is the feeling he was talking about, NOT emotions.
if your affirmations are making you feel anxious, this can indicate one of two things:
affirming is not the technique for you (which is OKAY!!)
you're affirming to get
"affirming to get" is a big debate as well. yes, you are manifesting your desire because you want to get it in your 3D. but in order to get it in your 3D, you must change your 4D first. so you should be using techniques such as affirming in order to change your 4D, knowing that if you change your 4D, your 3D will follow. there is no one to change but self.
if affirming is not the technique for you, there is always visualizing, scripting, vaunting, etc.
also the distraction technique, my fav way to get into the state of the wish fulfilled! hehe

where does persisting come in?
you should still be persisting in the fact that you already have your desire. you persist by consistently shifting back to your desired state, no matter what you see in the 3D.
reacting to the 3D, like negative thoughts, is an indicator that you have slipped from your desired state.
it can be very beneficial for you to have self-soothing tactics to use in case your 3D causes you to spiral or makes you anxious. these can include eft tapping, breathing exercises, etc.
your 3D is malleable. if you see something in your 3D that you don't like, you can change it. your 3D is simply a reflection of your dwelling state. if you don't see what you want in your 3D, let it serve as a reminder to shift your state back to your desired state. once again, you change your 4D to change your 3D. there is no one to change but self.
FAQ
question: if you can affirm to get into a state, doesn't that mean your thoughts create your state and that your thoughts technically manifest?
answer: WRONG! like i've mentioned earlier in this post, you enter a state by intention. affirming can help you maintain the state, but your thoughts do not create your state. your state creates your thoughts. every state has thoughts that correspond with it, which is why can manufacture affirmations that imply you already have your desire and repeat them to conjure the feeling of knowing. it's also why negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of the state.
question: isn't that the same as someone saying "just assume?"
answer: NO! there are techniques to help you maintain the state. yes entering a state is instant, but there are techniques for you to use to stay in it.
question: are states ableist?
answer: NO!!!! this is something that people are saying on loatwt in order to villainize the people who teach states, and it's frankly disgusting. ANYONE can get into a state, even if they are neurodivergent! you are always in a state! you're in a state right now. i am neurodivergent, as are most of my friends that are states enthusiasts, and it has helped all of us to manifest our desires without driving ourselves to mental exhaustion by affirming 24/7.
question: how long do i have to stay in the wish fulfilled?
answer: it's not so much about how long you stay in the state, it's about frequency. no, not frequency as the law of attraction vibration bullshit, but how often you go back to the state. if you think about your desire 15 times a day, you should shift back into the state 15 times that day. if you think about your desire 5 times, then you should shift back into the state 5 times that day.

Iâm sure you get asked this a lot so forgive me for this, but how do I change my physical appearance withoutâŠ.yâknow, obsessing over the 3d ?? i donât know why but physical appearance is what Iâm struggling with the most bc all I have to do is look in the mirror or even look down. I feel like I do accept the imagination as truth, I really truly do believe in all of this stuff. but it also feels like I accept the 3d as well too much. It feels like Iâm stuck between the two realities tbh, and both are fighting to have most of my energy and attention. So I guess another question would be how do I balance the 3d and 4d in my life? I donât think I want to completely dismiss the 3d and see it as irrelevant.

I've been there as well where i tried to avoid mirrors as much as possible. please don't fight with your 3d. your 3d is a gift you received from god(yourself). your 3d is a simulation of yourself and should be highly honored as such. I'm 100% against the "fuck the 3d, 3d is my bitch" attitude.
youâre obsessing over the 3d because:
a) you're still trying to change the 3d
ditch this mindset immediately. it won't aid you in any way. if you want to be successful, you are going to have to ditch this "i want to change the 3d, my 3d needs to change" mindset one day. there is no other way. manifesting isnât about changing the 3d although thatâs what attracts most people to this community. your goal isnât to change the 3d. itâs not your job to change the 3d. your job is to change your self-concept aka your state of consciousness. thatâs all you are concerned with. you only spiral because you think itâs your job to make it happen in the 3d, so when the 3d goes wrong, you think you must be doing something wrong.
b) you're not fulfilling your desire in imagination
desires are within and must be fulfilled within. iâll preach this until the day i die. itâs not âonce i get my desire in the 3d, iâll be fulfilledâ. no. you fulfill yourself in imagination. thatâs the only place where you can truly fulfill yourself. once you fulfill yourself in imagination, you wonât look for results in the 3d because you already feel fulfilled. thatâs when the 3d results suddenly seem irrelevant to you. you realize that this whole time, you didnât actually want results in the 3d, you wanted to have it in consciousness/imagination. results in the 3d is a bonus, not your priority. desiring is a confession of not being it. so, if youâre still desiring, thatâs already enough of proof that you have not fulfilled yourself within.
c) you're not identifying yourself with your true self(the invisible you) but instead with your avatar(3d self, body)

"how do I balance the 3d and 4d in my life?"
3d isn't something separate from the 4d. would you say 2d is separate from 3d? probably not. a piece of paper is 2d, and it exists WITHIN 3d. so, 2d is a part of 3d. it's the same thing. 3d is WITHIN 4d. they're not separate!

there is no "outer world". there is nothing "outside" of you. though it appears without, it is within!! everything in the 3d appears to be without, but it is within since 3d is a tiny section that exists in 4d just like how a piece of paper(2d) exists in 3d!
there is no "balancing" the 3d life and the 4d life. you're always living in imagination. always. you can never stop imagining because imagination is who you are. this is equivalent to 2 dimensional bugs such as ants asking how to balance their life of 2d and 3d. whether they like it or not, theyâre living in the 3d. but since theyâre 2d beings, they can only sense 2d with their physical senses. but it still doesnât change the fact that theyâre living in this 3d world. itâs the same thing for us.Â
when you see something you dislike in the 3d and think to yourself "ugh! i hate this! why is it like this?", where is that taking place? in imagination, in your consciousness!! everything and everyone in the 3d penetrate your brain. so, it is in your brain, in your consciousness/imagination(i don't believe in brains but you get what i mean). everything you experience in the 3d, you experience through your consciousness. everything is consciousness.
the only thing you can do when you see something undesirable in the 3d, is to not accept it and be indifferent to it. the key for me is not identifying myself with it.
there was a girl who lived in neville's time and went to neville's lecture and asked him how she can change her undesirable circumstances. she went on and on to explain her situation. and you know what neville said? he smiled and said, "don't accept it". she then realized that no matter whatâs going on around her, she was under no obligation to accept it as final. she started focusing on the fulfillment of her desire instead of her circumstances, and she was able to manifest in 2 weeks.Â
if thereâs something in the 3d that doesnât deserve my precious attention, i simply do not identify myself with it. there was recently a family drama where my grandma had a beef with my aunt and she called my mom crying blah blah blah. what did i do? i didnât identify myself with it. there was no need to resist or fight with it. i simply do not identify myself with anything that does not serve me or make me feel good.Â
say you want hazel eyes. but in the 3d, you have brown eyes. you identify yourself with your inner self, which you always have been, and fulfill your desire in imagination/consciousness only. then youâre conscious of having hazel eyes and have this inner conviction that you have hazel eyes because you do. then you catch your reflection in the mirror and see brown eyes. what do you do? donât identify yourself with it. 3d is a magnified mirror of your (inner) SELF. so, you seeing brown eyes in the 3d is simply a remnant of the state you were in. but youâre no longer in the state of having brown eyes. therefore, it shouldnât bother you in any way. you simply donât identify yourself with it. plus, when you fulfill your desire in imagination and identify yourself with imagination, the 3d no longer bothers you because your desire feels so real. you canât even deny it.
Stop focusing on how it works and just realize that it's already working. Stop getting in your own way by assuming you have to do xyz to get it and just assume that it's already done. Do whatever you need to to get there, but just allow yourself to accept that you have it already in the 4D, and that the 3D is gonna reflect that, and that'll be enough đ„°
hi angel ! ive been in love with this boy for forever and i heard from his friends that he liked me too, but recently i just found out he has a new girlfriend and he got another girl a box of chocolates and a teddy bear for valentines day and im heart broken, i dont know how that could have happened just out of no where. i'm devastated and i cant stop crying, i know i can revise it but im just so confused...i love him so much that it hurts...any advice?

Guys I stg, it gets so much easier after you realize that the 3D doesn't fucking matter. Like the 3D is the LAST thing that will manifest, why would you rely on the last thing to manifest to be your confirmation?? Like no, you have to take that confirmation from inside yourself, because you manifest instantly in imagination. hi i have no clue where to ask this đ but ive been pursuing an sp for 6 ish months, but within the first 3 or 4 i did some stuff that made them (and their friends) uncomfortable and i've been affirming almost nonstop but as of now the 3d has shown me almost traumatizing stuff relating to them and what i did :(( idk if i should just keep persisting and wait for it to turn around or start new because it's gotten pretty bad but ik circumstances don't matter! i'm just conflicted ^^
revise it, we donât want anyone feeling uncomfortable; youâre right, circumstances donât matter so from now on as far as youâre aware, you didnât do anything and this situation doesnât exist. thatâs the new story, commit to it
1. Take a leap of faith. Let yourself believe the wonderful things you want believe about yourself. Allow yourself to feel good. With brazen imprudence, dare to assume that your desires are yours, dare to recognise imagination as the only reality.
2. Relax. You do not have to feel good 24/7. It is so healthy to have different emotions, thoughts, and feelings. Remember you are GOD simply passing through a state, and your thoughts and emotions are not who you are!
Take it easy, creation is finished. All the possible riches and beauties of the world are already at your fingertips, at YOUR command and attention. Simply knowing it is done is more than enough. Â
3. Fulfil within. Prioritise your inner world, and say âyesâ to every desire. You donât have to change a single thing outside of yourself, because you are the source. Imagination is your playground, go straight to the end and spoil yourself with your wildest dreams.Â
4. Experiment. Donât be afraid to experiment and have fun with manifesting! Find out what works for you. You absolutely do not have to do what bloggers do. The key is what makes you feel good. Take time to understand the law and apply.Â
i have an sp and their with a 3p and iâm always seeing affirmations about affirming for my sp to only want me but i already know they do but the 3p just forcing them to stay in a rls and keep manipulating they way back into their life and i just want the 3p to move on so me and my sp can be happily together. i have been affirming but itâs like everytime i try to manifest something i would affirm and persist and feel good asl the first three days but then i would start to question and waver. iâve been affirming: âmy sp is all mines nb wants my sp but meâ ânb is with my sp but meâ âme and my sp are happily together with nb else involvedâ âmy sp is all mines/my sp belongs to meâ iâve kinda been overthinking and wondering if these are good enough but i really wanna change and persist bc i really want this. thanksss đ«¶đœ
if you want to change your affirmations you can but i donât see anything wrong with the ones youâre currently using. itâs not the affirmations, itâs the attention to the 3p that this ask suggests you give it. affirming over and over and then questioning why your sp is still not with you is so counterproductive. the affs are so fit, now just remove your attention off the 3p (p.s. itâs easier that it sounds) or even better: script a new story - one where the 3p literally just doesnât exist - and stay faithful to that story while youâre affirming. then there will be no 3p to worry about :)

i think what they mean by that is youâre not affirming to get, youâre affirming to remind yourself you already have your desires. i mean an affirmation is an affirmation so as long as you have the intention of getting your desire behind it i really donât think it matters. i also think itâs more about checking the 3d; affirming whilst looking at the 3d and waiting for your affirmations to translate into your reality is probably going to lead to questions like âwhere is my desireâ and âwhy isnât it workingâ. but affirming to âgetâ does manifest, weâre not putting this work and discipline in to not get like that doesnât make sense đ€š but yeah thatâs my take on that, i see it alllllll the time as well !! đ

hi!! you donât have to forget the old story. i mention it a lot in my posts just because iâve been there are when i realised that any unfavourable circumstances i was dealing with could be erased for good i went all in with the new story and then i didnât have anything to worry about. i did deal with quite a lot of resistance to the new story at first but i just kept pushing until the old story came to mind less and less and i credit that to repeating affirmations. but if youâre finding that too much of your energy is spent trying to forget the old story, you donât have to continue on with it; simply manifesting whilst knowing that the 3d has to change is just as effective. hope this helps đŒđȘ
as for discipline, i can only speak from experience but i regarded the new story as an affirmation and the old story as an unfavourable thought: i would have an unfavourable thought of the old story and simply repeat a simplified version of the new story over that negative thought to counteract it and reinforce the favourable story. for example:
i canât believe my sp is in a relationship with someone else when all i want is to be with them. (unfavourable thought/old story)
actually no, iâve been with my sp since last march and our relationship has never been better. (reinforcing a positive thought/old story)
the new story is all that matters đ i hope you can find some relief in that
something thatâs becoming increasingly more apparent to me is the fact that i need to stop trying to change the 3d and just go within. I never fully understood this, after all, arenât we manifesting with the purpose of changing our 3d and living with our desires? it made no sense to me.
after listening to edward art again & reading âat your commandâ and âfeeling is the secretâ by neville goddard, i realised that this inner man, my imagination, it truly IS the real reality. something edward art said that really stuck with me was âlet your inner man experience itâ (not sure that was the exact quote but along those lines).
why would i care what the 3d is showing me when i have it in my imagination right now ? why do we place such importance on the 3d and not within when we can experience our desires right now. am i after validation from others? whatâs the difference between having it in my 4d as opposed to having it in my 3d?
i realised validation was the answer. i wanted my desires to be validated by people around me. i wanted others to notice the changes in my life and comment on them so i could feel successful and, well, validated. now i realise this is futile & pointless. the only validation i need is my own validation. if eiypo, then wouldnât others opinions be me validating myself anyway? so why would i wait for that when I can have it now & feel whole and complete now? it makes no sense and I now think i understand that.
so i guess the point of this post is to tell you that you donât need to wait for others to validate your desires or congratulate you, congratulate yourself now, compliment yourself now, after all, you have it already in imagination donât you?
THIS đŻ it should be noted that imagination isnât visualising. Imagination is simply knowing the fact that you already have your desires. Do you want your desires? Cool you already have it and you need to maintain that state of knowing that itâs already done!!!!
