Added that my friend simply watches from a distance with Nadia as I send them frantic glances to help because 6 people are interrogating me about my familial life

My old arcana MC and my current sona

The ‘edited design’ was actually me drawing her from memory before I found her canon design again. I couldn’t bring myself to change all the colors to the correct ones… she was so SATURATED AND BRIGHT-

I wouldn’t call this a redesign, more so just how I’ve grown to see myself ✨

Also wow, I had an obsession with straps and laces ???

Time to redraw some cool art I made✨

I don’t know if I’ll ever finish it, but I had an art piece of my original MC with the heart of the Forest.

If I’m correct, the arcana has a sprite now of what the heart looks like, but this is what I imagined them like! A deer with pretty wings lol.

With this redraw, there’s one of my original MC and the young heart of the forest, and then my current one with the grown up heart.

Of course, as you can see, I didn’t draw the current self yet

My original MC for the arcana was made during an interesting time.

I’m not saying I grew out of my Mary Sue phase, I love Mary Sues and my silly little OCs in my brain are allowed to be hot pink superstars with overpowered magic

But kinda wonder how that comparison between my old MC and the one I’d use now would compare in the characters eyes if it was instead

Old MC being absent for a few years

And now the new MC, wiser and more sure of themselves, re-meets them

Think like… “I loved you but now you’re different.”
