Skills: Creativity

Creativity is unique to each person as people have their own "visions" of ideas. Creativity is about thinking outside of the box and using original ideas and thoughts. Brainstorming is also heavily involved in creativity to allow building off your ideas to make it the best it can be. Creativity is used in almost everything you do as you are either writing, talking, or drawing something of your own. We got to use our creativity a lot in this class through our own content creation and we got to see how other students express their creativity through the sharing of their drafts.

Learning is understanding. When someone is learning something their understanding of it grows, like a musician first learning how to play an instrument. When we are born we start off as a blank slate where we learn about the world and understand in it our own unique circumstances.

Content creation went rather well for me. I got the bulk of what I wanted done, but I wish I could have added more information. What I learned from the content creation project is how content creators promote their content. While content creators use a lot of clickbait a lot of it is based on fact.

A good tip

Consistency. I have spoken about this topic a ton but it needs more appreciation and focus than most ideas/ tips I have in my how to write guide. I feel this is a no brainer, but it's very tough to really get down perfectly. I have it named as a "goldilocks system" due to the fact you want your consistency not too much, to too little: you want it JUST RIGHT. The data I have to prove this system I created is in my content analysis data paper that I do use in my how to write guide as well! Honestly its easier said than done but it is the best tip I have within my guide.

Collecting Data for Research

I will be looking at all of the numbers (Likes, Subscriptions, Views, # of Videos, etc). All of this data will help me be able to synthesize mean from each of these channels.
