Tips for audition stage fright? I have to preform in front of my boyfriend and all my friends

I struggled with serious stage fright for years, and honestly, it all boils down to cutting lose and allowing yourself to be completely confident. Just remember that you're not yourself, and you're not there to impress anyone but the director.

I'd just like your opinion on the topic but why do you think there are no shows primarily about high school theatre? It could have so many characters that all intertwine and interact with each other. Why do you think there isn't a show about theatre?

Not sure. I would assume it gets complicated and maybe it just doesn't appeal to the masses. Any other thoughts, followers??

How I got into my first real (not school) show! At the dance call they asked if anyone could do any tricks so I got up and said "I don't want to brag, but I do a mean somersault" did a somersault and left. They let me in because they liked my "spunk"

What’s not okay is telling someone they can’t like that musical.
