1) Plan a meal time Food is source of living. Having a schedule meal will help to control your diet intake. Make sure you don’t skip the main course everday which breakfast, lunch & dinner.
2) Minimize wardrobe It’s time to start a capsule wardrobe! We actually only need basic item for everyday clothing. Define your style and buy what necessary.
3) Declutter home No matter it is a big or small space. Keep things as little as you can. If you found the item that you not even touch in a week. That’s mean you actually don’t own the item. Dump it or start to sell.
4) Keep hygienic Take care of yourself and your surrounding. Keep clean and fresh. Take up what your mama had taught you.
5) Downsize Get rid of any duplicate items. Make a list of things you don’t need and embrace “one in, one out” rule.
