We’re in IndieRockCafe’s list of Best New DIY Music of 2015. Very kind indeed.

We’re 55th place in Deli Magazine’s top 300 indie bands according to web buzz, not far behind the mighty Primal Scream. Awesome.
Clark Kent a.k.a John Clay has a tendency to conduct interviews on camera, however, sometimes conducts them via a Facebook thread instead. And here are his recent conversations with Lucie Barat and…
This is a recent interview we did with Clark Kent from the GODISINTHETV Zine; one of Britain’ premiere indie music zines. They have many kind words about us, calling us “London’s revered indie two-piece”.Read us rant about a bunch of stuff.
New interview coming out with these guys soon; stay tuned: http://musicsound.rocks/

@TheEqualGround have reviewed Vortex. Apparently Art sounds like the ghost of Tom Waits! Setting aside that the writer thought the poor recording quality "took away from the experience", he thought the album a "worthy ride", the songs solid, the lyrics "clever and unique" @, and that if we continue to push our writing abilities even further, that apparently we can compete within "the upper echelon of music". Very kind words indeed! Read the full review here and see it featured on the blog's homepage http://www.theequalground.com/indie-music-album-reviews/the-banquet-years-vortex Indie music album reviews

Curious critters, today Pretty Ugly bestows upon you our debut mixtape comprised solely of underground, unsigned, undiscovered and, frankly, under-appreciated musicians. Now isn’t that fancy? What’s more, it’s all bright and shiny and new - the musical equivalent of fresh tinsel. Music that...
