Well this popped up on my feed at the.. most ironic time.

I read something yesterday that said, ‘ At first you didn’t understand why you got frustrated when people start depending on you too much. But it’s because your inner child gets angry that you had to figure it all out by yourself and feel like they should too. You’ve never had a choice but to be independent’ (-UH)

I have been trying to explain this unending need to be taken care of to my therapist. That having to take on more responsibility ends in immediate shut down because I just want someone, anyone, to help carry the load I bear.

It’s breaking me.

So here I am going through all of it in my head just wishing someone, something, somewhere.. could make me feel.. safe. Or heard? And then this post.. is just there staring me in the face.

Technology.. algorithms.. are the only thing that make me feel understood.. and that is fucking disastrous.

Spent Monday in the hospital.

Haven’t felt good yet, but all the tests came back clear.

I have a spinal injury, so physical therapy is happening.

Also a sinus infection.

Heck yeah.
