Dear Marlie, You are 20 months & 2 weeks old and you have tonsillitis. :( You've had a fever for 3 days now & have been on a leche & Popsicle diet for the past 2. I know your throat had to e hurting. Since we are in Tallahassee now (we moved here to be with Papi right before Christmas) & we haven't found you a regular pediatrician yet, we ended up taking you to urgent care. Finding you a regular pediatrician is now on the top of my list of things to do! Other than being sick, when you feel good you are so much fun. Sure, you have days that you are a little whiny or don't listen to ANYTHING I tell you, but doesn't everyone have day like that? You are talking SO much. Your sentences usually consist of 2-3 words right now (want leche, chulo outside, want mimir, want bath) but your longest is "I do not know." It's so cute the way you say it. :) You are becoming very independent, wanting to do everything by yourself. Brushing your teeth by yourself is your newest thing. I still follow up behind you but I figure letting you try won't hurt anything. You love your baby and usually want to take her everywhere we go. She was Abby & then Adri's baby edited she became yours. He doesn't have a name yet- just Baby. Chulo is your best friend. You love him so much and always want him next to you. When you try to give him hugs you end up putting him in a choke hold. We've gotta work on that. ;) Love you Monita! Mommy
