THE BITS OF WISDOM SHOP offers gifts of love to you and to the people you care about. Life is challenging. How we react to the problems and difficult times matters. Many strong, resilient people have passed through my life, some coping with serious illness or the effects of a debilitating accident, others with financial ruin, the death of a child, the loss of a spouse. How we react to the difficult times matters.. we want our children to be better people than we are. Stress, depression, grief, will overwhelm us all at some point, but it doesn't have to be forever. The heartache that accompanies events and circumstances of life destroys many. But it's the others.. the ones who deal quietly with the hand they're dealt.. yet continue to focus foremost on the well-being of others, who have inspired this shop. My hope is that the items here might aid you and your loved ones in coping with some of the difficult times.. and in enjoying the good ones!
~ A small "EDUCATION AIDS" category is part of the shop. These items have been developed for students, their parents and teachers, to help with the difficult tasks of learning to read, write and stay on task. They are digital files, available for immediate download to your printer. If you would rather order the physical hard good, please contact me; they are in the process of being added to the shop.
~ FRAMED GIFTS including framed verses, quotes and other writings are the bulk of the shop. Most of these were previously on scraps of paper, notes taken, composed, and saved over the years. Pretty frames, beautiful papers, ink, graphics, various paints and finishes were added. Custom orders are welcome. If you see a border or design you like better used with a different verse, know that many are interchangeable. In some cases, frame sizes and design colors may also be changed.
