My lataest Dungeons and Dragons character, Wisska. A Rogue/Barbarian multiclass. She is a Klepto cat girl who will rage out if she hears to many cat puns :P

Wisska was barely 2 years old when her parents home was attacked. She remembers fire and screams and flashes of steel, but only in her worst nightmares. She ran, she ran and she ran and she ran but her small legs only carried her so far. A passing band of traveling thieves only stopped because their sharpest eared member heard a soft whimpering. Near the side of the road they found little Wisska, curled in a ball covered in mud. Yuko a senior member of the band took pity on Wisska, having just lost her youngest to fever, and brought her into the band. The Lightfoot Halfling raised the young Tabaxi in the ways of the Thief. The rite of passage for any aspiring thief in the band was the Bell Trial. Every year a senior member of the band would enter a city. After a days time all Trial seekers were tasked with finding and stealing an item from the Senior Member while they wore a bell around their wrist. Those who completed the task were awarded the title of 1st Bell. They could take this trial 5 times and gain a bell rank with every completion. Yuko being a senior member was a 5 Bell Thief, while Wisska is a 3 Bell. The band being made of various species Wisska has experience dealing with the more common races. Concerning other Tabaxi she has mostly encountered those who have left their villages to explore the wider world. So she has little knowledge of stationary Tabaxi culture.

they aren't aimed at kids like the fushigi comedy series, but surely kamen tenshi rosetta and millenium saber vanny knights could be considered live action magical girl shows? and they both came out in the late 90s

WOW!  I didn’t even know those two shows existed!  Thank you so much for expanding my horizons (and giving me new things to search for)!

That’s one thing I LOVE about tokusatsu fandom, there are always new shows to discover and new things to find.
