The more i listen to Kendrick Lamar’s new album ” To Pimp A Butterfly” The more i realize this man is not of the human race. He legitimately might be a alien lol Kendrick makes it seem like every rapper in the game is not working hard enough. It’s like every rapper is worried about being the best rapper out while Kendrick on the other hand is trying to be the greatest person to ever pick up a microphone in the history of mankind. He’s honestly pulling a Michael Jordan on the industry and people don’t even see it. I know some people might not agree with me and that’s all fine and dandy. I blame that mostly on what the media promotes as “good music” In the hip hop community. So when this generation hears an album of this caliber, they honestly don’t know how to appreciate it. We let first week sales define how good a album is instead of letting the soundscape of the message speak for it self. Every Album Kendrick Lamar has released has been a masterpiece from Section 80 to TPAB. I’m excited to see what kendrick will do next. Will we finally get this dream collabo album between him and J cole? only time will tell… till then ” WE GON BE ALRIGHT”.
