REBLOG IF NAZIS OFFEND YOU MORE THAN NIPPLES.
Weirdly anti-millennial articles have scraped the bottom of the barrel so hard that they are now two feet down into the topsoil
its so wild like âthis generation with no fucking money is learning to prioritize essentialsâ and all these chucklefucks can write is advertisements for these companies
at least our jeans wonât tear at the seams after two washes
FUCK FABRIC SOFTENER ITâS UTTERLY POINTLESS
AND FUCK DRYER SHEETS LITERALLY NOBODY EVER HAS ENOUGH OF A PROBLEM WITH STATIC TO WARRANT PAYING OUT THE ASS FOR THAT SHIT
DO YOU WANT CLEAN CLOTHES? YOU DONâT EVEN NEED TO BUY FUCKING DETERGENT JUST MAKE YOUR OWN* ITâS SO GODDAMN EASY AND 80X CHEAPER
FUCK THE ENTIRE LAUNDRY INDUSTRY *Fuck The Entire Laundry Industry Recipe
1 cup Washing Soda (not Baking Soda. Different things.)
1 cup Borax (not Boric Acid. Also a different thing.)
½ cup - 1 cup grated bar soap (you can use literally anything. I often use Ivory because itâs easy to get and I find it works well, a lot of people like Fels-Naptha, which is an actual laundry bar. Some people use Dr. Bronnerâs. Really does not fucking matter.) After grating your soap, combine all ingredients. Thatâs it. Thatâs the whole thing. Use maybe a Âź cup per load.
^^^ Iâve done this for years now and it works as well as any store bought detergent
WHAT Thank you, tumblr user awfullydull! Your URL does no justice to the good advice you give!
Also you can MAKE your own washing soda very VERY cheaply.
Step one: acquire $5 bag of baking soda from Costco.
Step two: lay that motherfucking baking soda out on a baking tray.
Step three: bake the baking soda on a tray in an oven at 400° for 1 hour (to make the moisture evaporate, leaving washing soda)
Step four: revel in how easy and cheap it is to make your own washing soda, and maybe take a moment to be angry that the industry upcharges the fuck out of something that is so easy to make.
I see some of y'all complaining about static and/or wanting nice smelling laundry. Go to a craft store, find 100% wool yarn balls. If it doesnât come in a ball, ask an employee to make it into a tight ball for you. Wash in the washing machine to make it felted. Remove from washer, add a few drops of essential oil to the ball, allow to seep in. Dry with clothing. Doesnât need to be rewashed ever, and if it stops smelling, add few more drops of essential oil. Bam, reusable dryer sheets.
I love this post so much itâs filled with helpful advice, hatred, saving money, and fucking the system all in one
President Trump, brooding over midterm losses and the Mueller probe, has cancelled a number of events that presidents normally attend, inclu
Oh Glinda, he wonders if you could make a house call to 1600 Penn Ave. After all, all he wants is to be popular, he wants to be popular...
The Book of Names lists each person murdered at Auschwitz
#and you have to remember how many names are most likely missing#from rushed trains and burned lists#from rushed transports and people who died on the death marchs#what about the names from people who died after their liberation#and thenâŚ#this is only Auschwitz#this was the biggest camp yes#but just one of many#and then remember sobibor and belsec#and try not to feel sick
This is why we punch Nazis. This is why this vile ideology must be stamped out viciously every time it tries to come out of its hole.
Never. Again.
The feisty writer, editor and publisher was responsible for such iconic characters as Spider-Man, the X-Men, Thor, Iron Man, Black Panther and the Fantastic Four â 'nuff said.
I needed to interrupt my Tumblr feed to pay homage and love for the man who sparked my love for comics, for all things geek, and in turn, writing, Sci-Fi and kindled my passion as a responsible fan.
Stan Lee, you created a universe. You gifted us a universe. Thank you. I will miss you forever.
Update
Hereâs an update on the Camp Fire happening in Butte County in Northern California:
1. The fire grew from 70,000 to 90,000 acres and is still only 5% contained. It is now the most destructive fire in Californiaâs history
2. So far there have been 9 confirmed fatalities. 5 of these people died in their cars while trying to evacuate
3. The last incident report I saw said that the fire isnât expected to be contained until 11/30/2018 but this information might have changed by now
4. A total of 6,713 buildings have been confirmed to be destroyed (6,453 of which were residential buildings, 206 were commercial buildings)
5. A text to donate has been set up by United Way to help with recovery efforts. Text âbuttefireâ to 91999
6. All school in Butte County is cancelled for the next week
7. The air quality in Chico is extremely bad right now so please stay inside as much as possible and keep your pets inside if you can
The Honey Run Covered Bridge (built in 1886) has been destroyed and is no longer standing. This is really sad news to me because I used to go there as a kid growing up and Iâve spent a lot of time there with my friends as well. It was a historic Chico landmark loved by so many people
Hereâs a satellite picture of the fire showing how far the smoke has traveled
Hereâs some additional information if anyone living in Chico or Butte County wants to volunteer. Thereâs also some information on evacuee shelters and animal shelters or if anyone is searching for a missing person.

CAL FIRE Butte County says that they are working to access a fire in the area of Camp Creek Road near Highway 70 in the Feather River canyon
can we signal boost this
Please do. An entire town was just wiped off the face of the map and not enough people know about it
Nice things to do that help people feel good:
- Acknowledging someone being left out in a conversation
- Walking beside someone left behind in a group
- Asking for someoneâs input when everyone is talking over them
- Giving them credit for a joke you repeated because nobody listened it the first time
- Asking them to participate in adventures even if theyâre likely to say no
- Being enthusiastic when they talk about something they love
- Being excited to see them when they do come out
Itâs the little things.

My boss called me âTyroneâ on accident (My name is Tyrand). She apologized and bought me lunch to make up for it. I didnât think twice about it, since Iâm used to getting called every variant of âTy-(fill in blank here)â. Then later on I read a quote she keeps in her work area that made me feel kinda special.
âDuring my second month of nursing school, our professor gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student and had breezed through the questions, until I read the last one: âWhat is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?â Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the cleaning woman several times. She was tall, dark-haired and in her 50s, but how would I know her name? I handed in my paper, leaving the last question blank. Before class ended, one student asked if the last question would count toward our quiz grade. âAbsolutely,â said the professor. âIn your careers you will meet many people. All are significant. They deserve your attention and care, even if all you do is smile and say âHelloâ.â
Iâve never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her name was Dorothy.â
This is a very important lesson to learn
Thereâs a reason why rabid supporters of the Second Amendment overlap with White Patriots and itâs because they have a total disregard of American history for anyone who is not white.Â

Some people donât understand how big this is, opening a school, especially a public one is a huge undertaking and even with LeBron money itâs costly.
Itâs really nice to see black celebs and athletes actually show their support for the community, rather than sparing a few words about it.
excuse me mr fucking bezos??
Saturday morning, on the 26th of October, a Nazi walked into a Pittsburgh synagogue, shouting âAll Jews must die!â and opened fire. He killed eleven Jewish people, including grandparents, husbands, wives, and a doctor remembered for his compassionate care of his patients during the AIDs crisis. Several of them were there celebrating a baby-welcoming ceremony for a gay coupleâs newly adopted twins.
This was the deadliest antisemitic attack in all 364 years of American Jewish history. Jews all over the world are shaken, upset, and scared. We know that this could have been any of us, but beyond that, this attack struck at the heart of our people. We were attacked in a place of safety and sanctity. We were reminded that as Jews, we are not safe in America. And we lost eleven Jewish souls.
Some of us are grieving, some of us are angry, some of us are devastated, some of us are numb, some of us are crying, some of us are terrified, some of us are anxious, and some of us can barely walk up the stairs because this doesnât make any sense and yet it makes so much sense because we all, on some level, imagined this was coming. Our history has taught us that our safety is never guaranteed, and over the past two years we have watched the sickening rise of Nazism and antisemitism all over the world, including in America, where, despite our history, many of us had been lulled into believing it could never happen here.
We lost a third of the worldâs Jewish population within living memory. So many Jewish families, in every country, fled antisemitic violence within the past few generations. The tragedy we just experienced is visceral, itâs terrifying, itâs devastating.
So please, check in on your Jewish friends and ask how they are doing. Please, take a moment to understand and absorb this tragedy. Please, understand how this is not just yet another mass shooting (that while theoretically tragic, you donât really have the space for another one, what with compassion fatigue), but rather an attack that pierced the heart of a group of people already carrying centuries of pain and trauma. Please, make space for this one. Please, when you talk about this, donât use generalized language about hate and about how no one should be killed for their religion. Please speak the words: Jewish. Antisemitic. Say this was an antisemitic attack, on Jewish people. And please, keep us in your thoughts today.
Folks who arenât Jewish, you can reblog this. In fact Iâd be grateful if you did.
You know, the news is really sheltering gentiles from the full horror of what happened this morning when they keep using the phrase âBrit Milah.â Yes, thatâs what was happening in the synagogue this morning, but do you know what it is?
Itâs a baby naming.
Every bit as important as a christening or first birthday.
That is what this shooter opened fire on. A baby naming with people praying for that babyâs health and happiness and future.
